2. Next the presenters; Zoe and Alfie will play a Christmassy game with
a special guests on that day. Some of theses christmasy games will include
Christmas Charades
-
There will be pre organised Christmas
items, terms and clothing written onto pieces of paper which will be crumbled
up into a Santa hat. The presenters; Zoe and Alfie with guests will be separated
into teams. Each person within the team will take it in turns to pick a piece of
paper out of the hat and act out what is on it, the other team members will
have a limited amount of time to guess what it is they are acting out. This is
similar to regular charades were the actors are not allowed to talk or make
signals of any letters. Every time a team guesses a correct charade, they get
one point. The first team to get 5 points wins the game.
Name
That Carol
-
The presenters and special
guests on that day will be split into teams. A pre organised Christmas songs
list will be prepared to which 2 seconds of each song will be played into the
studio. The first team to buzz in with a correct answer wins the point.
Blind
Folded Christmas Food Tasting
-
This essentially consists of
each presenter and special guest being blindfolded in turns and given a Christmas
food to try. They are then expected to guess the Christmas food they have just eaten
and a point goes to each correct answer.
Pin
The Tale on The Rudolph
-
A
picture of Rudolph and a spare cut out ‘red nose’ will be printed prior to
filming. Now each presenter and special guest will take it in turns to be
blindfolded, they will be spun in a circle and then guided to were the Rudolph picture
is. From there they have to try and pin
the nose on Rudolph. Whoever pins the nose the closest to the real one, wins.
Blind
Folded Christmas Drawing
-
For this game paper plates and
pens will be bought prior to filming. Each contestant will then be shown a Christmassy
object to which they are expected to remember. This again involves the blindfolding
of the Zoe, Alfie and any special guests, they then have to attempt to draw the
photo they have just saw with the blindfold on. A point is given to the team
member that guesses the Christmas object correctly.
3. Zoe and Alfie will then read tweets from viewers who have used a
designated hashtag for the show. This will be the interactive stage within the
show were viewers will be told 10-15mins before the actual segment. Which allows
them to send in tweets to the presenters.
4. Christmas favourites is the next segment of the show, this will
consist of both Zoe and Alfie’s favourite December/Christmassy products of all
time. This may inspire Christmas present ideas for the viewers as well as some
festive fun.
5.

There will be an
arts and craft section of the show were Zoe and Alfie will do a step by step Christmas
creative session. This will include; Christmas tea lighters, Christmas cups and
ball ball ideas.
